Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to reflect the Saint&Co. standard. During high-demand periods or exclusive drops, processing times may be extended slightly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
For international inquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.
3. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Saint&Co. is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Saint&Co. does not guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
6. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Saint&Co. is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
